The new clubhouse and changing room development project is being led by Barrie Wade alongside one of the club Sponsors, Alexander Blake.

Alexander Blake are a construction and project management company that specialise in development for the disability sector, however they have agreed to step on board and will partner us in the planning stages of the project in the first instance.

Alexander Blake are currently having a set of plans drawn up for the new building which will replace the exisiting clubhouse. The new clubhouse will be a 2 storey building with 4 new changing rooms being built on the ground floor and the clubhouse being located on the first floor.

The  new clubhouse will allow Shanklin FC to accomodate the increasing number of boys and girls playing football at the County Ground and meet new disability regulations. The newer better clubhouse will allow the club to develop the hiring out side of the set up which is vital to the clubs survival.
