The Townhouse Bar

The Townhouse Bar is the main sponsor of the mens football section for the past 3 seasons. The continued support both financially and at the club by Tim and Claire is much appreciated and we have built what is hoped will be a long term relationship. Below is a litle write up about The Townhouse bar.

Tim and Claire welcome you to The Townhouse; Shanklin’s premier sports bar. We have been at the bar since September 2004 and have worked hard to create a welcoming place to drink. The Townhouse is not only an excellent venue for watching sports but also a friendly atmosphere to drink anytime of the week.

We were the first bar on the Isle of Wight to install High Definition television. To ensure you will never miss any of the action we have three large HD Plasma screens and 5 screens in total. The Townhouse shows all major sporting events, including all Sky Sports HD and Setanta games. We are clearly the best place to watch sport on the Island.

We are a Freehouse offering a wide range of draught & bottled beers in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Try a drink from the Vodka House, a selection of premium flavoured vodka’s straight from the freezer. Flavours include Cherry, Apple Sour and Cream Egg.

In the autumn of 2007 we had a new games room built. We can now offer our customers a darts board, fruit machines, arcade games and a wide screen TV. As well as in the main bar we have a pool table plus other machines.
