Barrie Wade

Having played for Shanklin in the late 80’s, Barrie has recently come back to Shanklin FC after many years as a successful referee on local and national leagues.

After 2 seasons assisting with the first team, Barrie has this year stepped into the role of Club Secretary, taking over from Roger Harvey.

Having responsibilities for the administration side of the club and men’s football section, is a committee member on the youth committee and the Chairman of the fundraising committee.

Barrie is passionate about taking the club forward to the next level and is heavily involved with the development projects at the County Ground.
