Paul Haward 
Paul is a product of the Youth set up at Shanklin and in his younger days had trials at Bournemouth AFC, before injury affected his chances of a professional career.
Paul has always been a regular member of the first team, and in 2007 was made 1st team and club captain.
In his role as Club Captain, Paul has supported fundraising events and has proved a popular choice with other players and supporters alike.
Probably one of the youngest club captains Shanklin has had, but at 25 yrs old he has proved himself an assett to the Club. I am sure a stalwart in the making.
